Table Tennis is an Olympic sport
and
is one of the 14 designated school sports in Australia.

The Diamond Valley Table Tennis Association Inc was founded from a handful of teams playing in the St Mary's Church hall in Greensborough, and since then table tennis has flourished at the Diamond Valley Sports Complex which was constructed in the mid 1970's

The Diamond Valley Table Tennis Association Inc conducts competitions for all levels of ability and experience for both adults and juniors. Approximately 250 players compete throughout the year.

There are three pennant seasons each year and the DVTTA runs six grades in the Senior Competition on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A two person handicap competition is played on Thursdays and is a family orientated format which is excellent for those new to the sport or wanting an early night (finishing time is around 9.00 pm.). Two grades in the Junior Competition play on Fridays.

In addition, coaching is available on Thursday evenings between approximately 5.30 pm and 7.00 pm at very reasonable rates.

The DVTTA has a proud history of excellent achievement with many members winning Victorian and Australian Titles at both Junior, Open and Veteran level. We can even boast a World Champion.

Past members of the Diamond Valley Table Tennis Association Inc have gone on to represent Australia as players, coaches, referees and managers.
